What the Job Looks Like

• Support commercial lending transactions from term sheet through closing
• Review and organize loan documentation, title, and closing packages
• Assist with equity investment and joint venture deal preparation
• Maintain organized deal files and track multiple transaction timelines

Who Fits this Role
Three or more years of paralegal experience in commercial lending and loan documentation. You understand how lenders think about deals you know what a closing package needs to look like, and you don't need your work checked twice.
